This Cookie Policy explains how 369AI, Inc. ("369AI", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on 369ai.cloud and in the 369AI Services. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and scripts that collect information about how you use a site. Some are set by us (first-party); others are set by the services we use (third-party).

3. Inside the 369AI platform

The 369AI SuiteApp runs inside NetSuite. It uses only strictly necessary storage, such as session tokens that keep you signed in (they expire after one hour) and your display preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies inside the product. NetSuite sets its own cookies, governed by Oracle's policies. The 369AI mobile app stores login and preference data on your device and does not use advertising trackers.

4. Your choices

  • Cookie settings. When you first visit 369ai.cloud from a region that requires consent, non-essential cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your choice any time through the cookie settings link in the site footer.
  • Global Privacy Control. We treat a GPC signal from your browser as an opt-out of analytics, visitor identification and marketing cookies.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
  • Third-party opt-outs. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on and your LinkedIn and Google ad settings.

5. Changes

We will update this policy when we add or remove tools, and change the date at the top.
